Commerce Secretary to visit Latin America from August 24 to 28 in bid to diversify trade

Government sources have indicated that the Commerce Secretary will take part in Joint Trade Committee (JTC) meetings with Brazil and Argentina as talks are underway to upgrade the existing Preferential Trade Agreement (PTA) with the MERCOSUR bloc.
