Piramal Finance MD & CEO Jairam Sridharan said financial services demand and asset quality have remained resilient, while MSMEs have surprised with their strength. He expects the second quarter to remain strong and said FCNR(B) deposits have supported liquidity. Sridharan also flagged oil prices, the retreating monsoon and US interest rates as key factors for the RBI’s rate trajectory.
