Bharat Forge completes merger of two German subsidiaries to simplify operations

The August 25 merger eliminates one holding company from Bharat Forge’s German structure, with Bharat Forge Aluminiumtechnik becoming a direct subsidiary of BFGH and no change to ownership or financial statements.
