Sun Pharma may not announce any dividends, buybacks between FY27-29 - Bernstein explains why

Moody's and S&P Global Ratings assigned investment-grade ratings to Sun Pharma after factoring in its $11.75 billion acquisition of Organon. Bernstein said the ratings validate its view that combined cash flows can service acquisition debt while supporting investments in R&D, manufacturing and shareholder returns.
