India calls Pakistan’s Masood Azhar bounty hike a ‘phony announcement’

India dismissed Pakistan’s decision to raise the bounty on Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar, saying Islamabad should take action against terror suspects instead of making announcements.
