Egypt’s Sisi, Saudi Arabia’s crown prince move to protect Red Sea shipping route carrying 12% of global trade

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman have called for the protection of one of the world’s most important trade routes as renewed fighting in Yemen threatens shipping beside Africa.
