Bob Mackie, designer to the stars who dressed Cher and Marilyn Monroe, dies at 87

Mackie, whose visually provocative Hollywood style defined glamour for the 1970s, designed gowns for Madonna, Streisand, Sharon Stone, Diana Ross and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and concert costumes for Pink. He died on Monday in Palm Springs, California.
