Terror recruitment down in J&K, zero stone pelting incidents in 2025: Defence ministry

Infiltration attempts along the Line of Control have significantly decreased in recent years. Local recruitment into terror ranks has also seen a steep and steady decline. However, ceasefire violations along the LoC experienced a sharp spike last year. The defence ministry attributes these changes to various government initiatives and policies.
