Cargo shipping costs rise as Rhine water levels drop again

HAMBURG, Sept 11 - Water levels in the Rhine in Germany have fallen again this week after mostly dry weather, the country’s inland navigation agency said on Friday, with commodity traders reporting rising costs for cargo shipping.
