TVK alliance gets formal name at Chennai coordination meeting

The TVK-led post-poll alliance in Tamil Nadu has been named the Secular Social Justice Victory Alliance (SSJVA). The decision was taken at the coalition’s second coordination meeting in Chennai, chaired by Chief Minister C. Joseph Vijay. Leaders of the Congress, VCK, IUML and MDMK attended the meeting, while the CPI(M) and CPI stayed away for the second time.
