Maratha quota activist Manoj Jarange’s health worsened on September 8, the 11th day of his indefinite hunger strike in Maharashtra’s Jalna district. Jarange later agreed to IV fluids after Maharashtra government leaders assured him that his demands for Maratha reservation under the OBC category would be taken up.
