Germany seeks to dismiss Nicaragua's Gaza genocide case at top UN court

Germany is set to ask the International Court of Justice on Monday to dismiss a case accusing Berlin of "facilitating genocide" in Gaza by supporting Israel after the deadly October 7, 2023 attacks by Hamas militants.
