Trump faces push for 100 million foreign tourists after $15,000 visa bonds hit 30 African countries

US travel executives have asked President Donald Trump to help attract 100 million international visitors annually, even as a visa-bond programme introduced by his administration makes travel considerably more expensive for applicants from 30 African countries.
