Sebi, European Markets Authority partner for cooperation on central counterparties

Sebi and the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation and information exchange regarding central counterparties. This agreement replaces the 2017 pact, facilitating safer cross-border clearing and market infrastructure regulation.
