Tech entrepreneur's Martha's Vineyard estate sells for record $43 million

A 31.59-acre estate in Edgartown on Martha’s Vineyard has sold for a record $43 million. Tech entrepreneur Michael Bronner spent $19.125 million between 2019 and 2023 assembling the property, which includes an 8,994-square-foot, 12-bedroom home. The sale surpassed both the island’s previous $37.5 million record and Massachusetts’ $38.1 million record.
