Two officials in Social Welfare Dept. caught red-handed while taking bribe from a beneficiary in Virudhunagar district

The officials allegedly delayed processing the application despite the complainant submitting all required documents and demanded money to facilitate the issuance of the pay order; the DVAC police caught them after he handed over the bribe
