‘NSDP Designed to Build Indigenous Seafaring Capacity’

Former Director of Cabotage at the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Onwuka Igwe, has explained that the Nigerian Seafarers Development Programme (NSDP) was introduced as a strategic initiative
