Russia Hits Thermal Power Plant, 3 Electrical Substations in Odessa Region - MoD

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Russian armed forces have hit a thermal power plant and three electrical substations that provided the functioning of the port infrastructure, as well as a UAV assembly shop, in Odessa and the Odessa region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday.
