Bihar Board Drops 'Fail’ Tag From Marksheets, Opens Path To Skill Training

Bihar will replace “Fail” on Class 10 and 12 marksheets with “Eligible for Skill Training.” The state will also introduce special classes, no-bag Saturdays and digital support to promote vocational and creative learning.
