Should we kill one kind of owl to save another?

As one species of owl is adapting to human-driven change, it is pressuring another to the point of possible extinction. The US Fish and Wildlife Service's solution is to shoot large numbers of the invasive owls. Cue the green-on-green infighting and strange bedfellows.
