MP Steel files IPO papers; plans Rs 95 crore fresh issue, 23.07 lakh-share OFS

MP Steel Limited has submitted its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) to SEBI as it prepares for its initial public offering. The company aims to generate capital via a fresh issuance of shares and an offer for sale. The funds raised will go towards establishing a new billet manufacturing facility, thereby boosting its backward integration.
