Russian Space Forces Launch Soyuz-2.1b Rocket to Send Military Spacecraft to Orbit

MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The Russian Space Forces successfully launched a Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome carrying a spacecraft for the Russian Defense Ministry, the ministry said.
