Brazil’s state oil giant enters talks for four Ghana blocks after production falls to 37.3 million barrels

Brazil’s state-controlled oil company Petrobras has entered negotiations over four offshore blocks in Ghana, adding another African country to its expanding search for new oil and gas reserves.
