India needs stricter coal allocation implementation for fair treatment to power generators with adequate inventories

India may not need another overhaul of its coal-allocation policy but it must stress on sharper implementation, accountability and provide differentiated treatment to producers who face constant shortages and benefit at the cost of the disciplined ones.
