Taking out a Russian soldier costs twice as much as hitting the Kremlin's infrastructure, Ukraine says

Ukrainian data from over 230,000 reports a week shows it costs about $1,487 to strike infrastructure and just over $3,000 to hit a soldier, Kyiv says.
