Are pedestrians ‘dispensable’ at Millers Road junction?

Metro Rail work has ‘redrawn’ the junction of Millers Road and Purasawalkam High Road, and in the new scheme of things, traffic regulation rests with the CMRL marshals. And the revised arrangement does not help pedestrians including a good number of school students
