Wildberries and Ozon now control 84% of Russia's e-commerce delivery volume

The Russian e-commerce logistics market processed 4.5 billion shipments in the first half of 2026, a 32% increase over the same period in 2025, according to Data Insight. The segment's structure continues to consolidate around the in-house delivery networks of the largest marketplaces. Wildberries and Ozon together handled 3.8 billion parcels, accounting for 84% of total volume. Their combined throughput grew 34.3% year over year. The remaining online-store delivery services added 326.7 million shipments, an 8.9% gain. Together, proprietary e-commerce logistics networks captured 91.3% of the market. Classic third-party logistics operators saw their collective share shrink to 4.2%. The five largest — Russian Post, 5Post, CDEK, DPD and Yandex Delivery — processed 160.4 million shipments, up 2.6%. Smaller operators contributed 28.2 million shipments, a 3.4% increase.
