Colombia earthquake kills over 250 as rescue operations continue

A 7.4-magnitude earthquake in Colombia has killed more than 250 people, with rescue teams continuing to search through the rubble for survivors. Peru has also sent humanitarian aid and is preparing to deploy trained rescuers.
