Critical Routes and Problematic Trips The highest number of complaints about technical conditions has been recorded on the following routes: Moscow - Vladivostok (trains No. 9/10): Frequent breakdowns in air conditioning and insufficient charging points for devices. Khabarovsk — Neryungri (route No. 325): Unsatisfactory condition of the carriage equipment and difficulties communicating with train staff. Moscow - Nalchik (train No. 61): Wear and tear on internal structures and pipe leaks affecting even first-class carriages.
