Rupee falls 8 paise to 95.38 against US dollar in early trade

In early trading on Tuesday, the rupee fell by eight paise against the US dollar, closing at 95.30 from the previous day. Ongoing tensions in West Asia have heightened market anxiety, leading to soaring crude oil prices. This uncertainty pressured domestic equity markets as well. Nonetheless, the Reserve Bank of India's actions and inflows from foreign institutional investors offered some stability to the currency.
