New 250 mg cancer drug generic DT-CRZ enters trial stage in Moscow
Russia has launched clinical trials for DT-CRZ, a domestic generic version of the cancer drug Xalkori (active ingredient: crizotinib). The studies aim to evaluate pharmacokinetics and confirm bioequivalence for the new medication, which is produced in 250 mg capsule form. The trials are being conducted at the Research Lab center in Moscow. Up to 90 volunteers will participate in the study. The Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation has authorized these works through the end of 2028. Market Context and Accessibility Crizotinib is used in oncology to treat specific types of cancer.
