Fifteen bottles of expensive wine discovered during crew search at Domodedovo Airport

Customs officers at Domodedovo Airport detained a flight attendant attempting to enter Russia with 15 bottles of premium Italian wine. The alcohol is valued at approximately 2 million rubles. The woman was stopped during the entry inspection process. Officers discovered the 15 bottles of wine, which the passenger had failed to declare while passing through customs control. According to investigators, the value of the shipment significantly exceeded the duty-free import threshold. Under Russian regulations, if the total value of goods requiring declaration exceeds 100,000 rubles, it can lead to administrative fines and the confiscation of property.
