Rubio’s Attack on the International Criminal Court Is Un-American

The US launched another war of choice the other day, and you may not have even noticed. Taking time out from the kinetic operations against Iran, Marco Rubio, in his function as secretary of state rather than national security adviser, opened a full-bore assault against the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
