BC towns hope to dodge disruptions and shortages from pipeline pitch

Some of the smaller towns along the existing Trans Mountain corridor — said to be the route for the proposed new West Coast pipeline — are strategizing on how to address the downsides of a project they feel is inevitable given it enjoys the ardent support of both the federal and Alberta governments.
