Africa's wealthiest billionaire signs $800 million China deal to build one of world's biggest cement plants

Dangote Industries Limited and Sinoma International Engineering Company Limited have recently entered into an $800 million agreement to expand the Dangote Cement Plant in Itori, Ogun State.
