Strategic Petroleum Reserve: ONGC To Earmark 50% Of New Mangaluru Storage For National Buffer

The state-run explorer will earmark 50% of a new 1.75 million-tonne crude storage facility at Mangaluru for India's strategic petroleum reserves, while the remaining capacity will be available for commercial use, the government told Parliament.
