Watch: Cauvery water row: D.K. Shivakumar urges protesters not to obstruct Kabini water release

Karnataka Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar appealed to farmers’ organisations and Kannada groups not to obstruct the flow of water in the Kabini river as the State issued a flood alert. He said Karnataka would decide on releasing Cauvery water to Tamil Nadu only after consultations at an all-party meeting in Bengaluru.
