Leaking tents, 'substandard' gear given to sub-Antarctic expeditioners

The Australian Antarctic Division says there are "lessons to be learnt" after expeditioners were issued with "substandard" clothing and leaking tents on an island about 4,000 kilometres south-west of the Australian mainland.
