Indian industrialist Naveen Jindal’s group invests $160 million in Africa’s first fully electric coal mine

Mozambique, a resource-rich country in southeastern Africa, is attracting fresh mining investment after Indian industrialist Naveen Jindal’s group committed $160 million to electrify the Vulcan-operated Moatize coal mine in Tete province.
