Industry group drops legal challenge of pesticides rules in Quebec municipalities

The association had filed a request for judicial review at the Quebec Superior Court to contest a new pesticide ban in the municipalities of Saint-Hyacinthe, Granby, Beauharnois, Bromont and Plessisville.
