Has Andy Burnham been reading Donald Trump’s The Art of the Deal? Deliberately or otherwise, Britain’s new prime minister has got the hedge funds fighting to retain control of Thames Water to blink. He may now have the chance to find a solution for the beleaguered utility that gives the government some oversight while sparing taxpayers the bill for its repair. He would be wise to pursue it.
