[SAnews.gov.za] Three Chapter 9 institutions have announced a joint National Inquiry into South Africa's criminal justice system response to Gender-Based Violence and Femicide (GBVF), with the first phase focusing on survivors' experiences and the functioning of the justice system before cases go to trial.
