Macron vows 'zero tolerance' for arson on visit to scorched Fontainebleau forest

Visiting the fire-ravaged forest in the Paris region, the French president pledged a crackdown on arsonists as wildfires have burned some 35,000 hectares nationwide this year, more than all of 2025.
