Zimbabwe: Vendor Loses U.S.$10,720 Assault Lawsuit Against Harare City Council

[New Zimbabwe] A Harare vendor has lost his US$10,720 damages claim against the City of Harare after the High Court ruled that he failed to prove municipal police assaulted him and that the local authority was responsible for his injuries.
