Multibagger defence stock Apollo Micro Systems declares ₹951 crore fund raise via preferential shares

Apollo Micro Systems has approved a capital-raising plan exceeding ₹3,322 crore through equity shares and warrants. An Extraordinary General Meeting is set for August 4 to seek shareholder approval for increasing authorized capital and issuing shares to investors.
