'Visible names' a boost but next steps critical to Nova Scotia offshore wind dream 

The first six developers in the running for Nova Scotia’s flagship  offshore wind leasing have been announced, raising hopes  that Canada’s first auction  will launch  'by the end of 2026.' But industry observers caution that a clear, streamlined process will be key if  the 5 GW auction is to kick start  a potential $200 billion industry in the Maritimes.
