Five dead in mass shooting at German youth centre

Five people were killed and several others injured in a shooting at a youth welfare centre in the German town of Stade. Police have arrested the suspected gunman and a second alleged perpetrator, and say there is no longer any danger to the public. Investigations into the motive are under way.
